Cancellation Policy

User-Initiated Cancellation

  • You may cancel before the restaurant accepts/starts preparing the order or within 2 minutes of placing it (whichever is earlier).

After Preparation Begins

  • Cancellation isn't possible once preparation has started or a rider has been assigned.

Platform/Restaurant Cancellation

  • We may cancel due to unavailability, operational constraints, suspected fraud, or force majeure.
  • You will receive a full refund for payments captured.
