Cancellation Policy
User-Initiated Cancellation
- You may cancel before the restaurant accepts/starts preparing the order or within 2 minutes of placing it (whichever is earlier).
After Preparation Begins
- Cancellation isn't possible once preparation has started or a rider has been assigned.
Platform/Restaurant Cancellation
- We may cancel due to unavailability, operational constraints, suspected fraud, or force majeure.
- You will receive a full refund for payments captured.
